Hood's Handyman Service

Was connected with this service via porch. Contracted to set up a privacy fence, Swap two doors and install a Doggie door. Began with "we can do anything" and Mr. Hood requested half up front, half on completion. They quoted the work and I said include materials. Materials were not included and had to be charged separately. Subcontracted the job, Subcontractor asked for 1/3 up front. explained what the terms I made with Mr. Hood were and he proceeded to hit me up for the rest want some cash each day he was there. Could not keep help / make appointments and rarely did either person return calls or texts. Long story short, they are paid and while the fence is up, they did not complete all the work quoted, we're cutting down the posts ourselves, we're hauling off some of the items they promised to get ourselves, etc. All in all, I'm far from satisfied with them and I definitely would not have wanted anything CRITICAL to have been serviced by them. Messaged them week after last seeing subcontractor, messaged both Mr. Hood and subcontractor - no response. Messaged again a week later advising if I did not hear back I would be leaving negative feedback - No message a week later.
