It went very well. The office was modern and large with stations to keep any animals away from others. The staff was friendly, helpful and the cost was half what I paid for the same service in Charlotte.

We boarded our 2 dogs there while moving. One developed a large hot spot on her head due to the other one's excessive licking, probably due to stress from separation and the move. They called us and let us know the situation, so that was a big plus. They provided a graduated treatment regamin. The initial course of medicated spray didn't alleviate the spot so we went back for additional treatments and antibiotics and finally got it under control. We see a different vet or tech each time we go there. While they are friendly and professional there is no relationship with a "family vet".

The facility was very clean and staff pleasant. Not a long wait. Dr. Kim Bill was patient in getting to know my Australian Sheppard. Would recommend her and will be taking my maltese to her next month. We recently moved here and were very concerned with finding a vet that cared about our pets. I think we found one in Dr. Bill
