Blue Ridge Electric Membership

We are building a pool in Hickory, NC and installing a propane pool heater. We called 3 local companies and couldn't even get a call back from a salesperson. Then we called one of the large, national propane companies with an office in Hickory. A salesperson came out and tried to get my wife to sign one of their 2 page, small print contracts with absolutely "no changes allowed". When my wife wouldn't sign the contract without me reviewing it, the salesperson became obnoxious and stormed out. Then we found out about Blue Ridge Energies from a neighbor who uses and loves their service. My wife dealt with their sales manager who handled the entire process over the phone, installed the tank within a week with no rip off agreement involved , and their price for the job including the gas , was hundreds of dollars less. I also need to mention their customer oriented attitude. When installing the tank exactly where I told them, they ripped out a telephone line where it shouldn't have been. Totally not their fault. I was working out of the house and lost both my telephone and computer service. On their own, without me even asking, they located some wire on their service truck and were able to do a temporary fix of the line. This was truly service above and beyond. From beginning to end this was an amazingly easy and problem free experience. If you are looking for propane service and supply in the Hickory and Lenoir area, this company is without question, the way to go.
