I highly recommend Appalachian Excavating and Grading, LLC. Chad was honest, upfront and very helpful with suggestions. He arrived when he said he would and communications was excellent throughout the project. The job was perfect, I was very impressed with the work and the timeline that he completed the project. I will use Chad again in the future for my next project.

Chad came to the site, made some very helpful and professional suggestions (which I followed) and completed the job within two days. I am very pleased with the work done.

Chad (owner) did a fantastic job from start to finish. While the other two people I called only gave me an estimate over the phone, Chad actually went to the site and gave me a very fair estimate. He went above and beyond when I wanted to do extra work from the original plan and he only charged me a fractional amount more. Chad completed the project in a timely manner and did a great job! If I had any questions, he would always respond quickly. He even went out of his way to text me pictures of his work while I was out of town. You would be foolish to go anywhere else to find a demolition service company.

Chad(owner) was the ONLY one of 3 people I called who called back when he said he would. He is quietly efficient, obviously intelligent, and honest. Once he was able to commit a whole day to the project it was done to perfection. I'd hire him again.

This professional is fantastic. He is honest and hardworking. The project was done on time and the bid came in perfectly. I can't say enough great things about this professional! I even hired him for another job, he was so great! I would highly recommend him!
