"Mr. [Member Name Removed] has a small older rental home that he was remodeling and I came to see what he needed for cleaning. The walls were down to the sheet rock and the house had been gutted. Mr. [Member Name Removed] requested 4 hours of labor to wash the walls with a cleaner he supplied. I quoted him a price for the 4 hours of labor and we agreed on a date and time. My newly acquired assistant and I went to the job and took direction from Mr. [Member Name Removed] and proceeded to wash the walls. My assistant did start to argue w Mr. [Member Name Removed] about how to clean the walls. I tried to get her to stop in a couple of ways but she continued. I asked her to leave the house and wait outside. I excused myself to Mr. [Member Name Removed] and dealt with my assistant. Then went back in and worked for over 3 hours cleaning his walls. As the day was getting late, I offered to come back for another 1 hour to complete my obligation I apologized profusely about the assistant and we agreed upon a time and date and I arrived with my current assistant. We cleaned his walls and I cleaned the tub, giving him an additional hour of service. In the end he received 5 hours of labor for an agreed upon 4 hour price. I apologized again for the interruption of service on the first day and he had a check for me. We parted amicably. I handled a difficult situation calmly and still completed my obligation to this gentleman."

"I have delayed my comment to this review because the woman was so nice to work for. The appearance of the back glassed in deck was shocking to say the least as my assistant and I looked in to see what was needed to clean it. It looked like it was the play and eating area for her cat and it looked like it had not been cleaned is months, maybe a year. The smell was horrible for my assistant, and she kept having to take a break. We work so hard to get all the windows, the crevices, the door opening, the frames of the windows. I even wiped down the walls and baseboards as best we could. The floor had a rug that was so dirty I had to empty my vacuum twice. Then we removed the rug to get to the cement flooring and had to vacuum twice, then try to steam it as best we could. It really needed a professional cleaning as we used 2 steam pads and they were black after we finished. And we had run out of time by then. I always do my best with what I have for supplies. This was a difficult project but we came through feeling like it looked like a new room. I wish the home owner the greatest of luck in selling her home."

He had purchased a 3 hour package through Angieslist but after what we accomplished in those 3 hours, he asked us to stay an additional hour to clean more of his home. I wrote down his priorities and we began. We cleaned everything we had started on except for the master bathroom as the 3hr time limit had elapsed. I am not sure what he was displeased with. I guess I am used to getting all A's on my reviews. We did everything we could and did a great job."

A thoroughly cleaned house, top to bottom. I clean where needed and don't waste my time or her money cleaning what isn't necessary. The work load sometimes changes as her activities change in the house so I check all areas for any needed care. [Member Name] is a delight to work for as are all of my clients."

"I have never been more shocked to get a text that was so cutting. I had gone through every room with the client, asked lots of questions, spent over a half hour with her making sure what she wanted. The house was in the process of renovations so we had agreed on what to not touch and what to touch. I had a list and I kept to it in every detail. Everything that we had agreed upon was done in completeness. I washed the baseboards, moved all furniture that I could without damage to the floors. I even tried to get the windex build up off of the laminate floors by cleaning them twice. The small bathroom was cleaned everywhere I could reach as there was a very large cat house in front of the toilet area blocking access to the shower. I even washed the walls and baseboards around the sink and toilet area. I washed the floor by hand to make sure I even got the kick plates. In the kitchen I even washed the inside of the side door. It had a lot of dirt on it and I wanted it to look good with the kitchen looking so clean. And the last item, the light fixture was over the kitchen island. I tried to take it apart and only was able to take one screw out. I had never been shown how to take it apart and it is the only thing I did not complete. I feel that I should have not offered as I was not aware of that type of set up. I did try to call the client that next day to ask her what she felt I had done wrong. I must admit that it was a shock because I take the time to listen, ask questions and have so many other satisfied clients. I am truly sorry she was so dissatisfied because I always feel that I give 100% to make sure my clients are very satisfied. I can only wish her the best with her new motherhood and that she finds someone who will satisfy her cleaning needs."
