.This transaction went terrible. I have never had to deal with a vendor that will not call their customers back. I should have known when the owner stopped responding well, right after handing over the deposit check to him. That was a clear sign. I would have to After calling 4 times and additional texts over a period of 10 days, Kory finally responded via text. Kory provided suggested installation date, however I was not available on that date. He then suggested the very next morning. Even though it did not work with my schedule, I reluctantly agreed due to the fact it was so hard to get in contact with him. The counter-top is white and the adhesive used in the seam of the counter-top dried yellow. I assumed, the company would have chosen an adhesive that would closely match the counter-top. I explained this information to Kory, the owner, and he advised there were other options he could try for the seam. Kory agreed to fix the seam at his earliest convenience during our conversation on July 10, 2015. Today is September 8, 2015, and Kory only hasn't returned any phone calls since July 10, 2015 regardless of the 10+ phone calls I have made to him since. He only replied via text one time on August 11th, stating that he was very busy and he would be in contact to schedule the repair. My last contact to him was August 29, 2015, with of course no response provided to me . If I could do it all over again, I would have gone with a different company. The price is not worth this hassle and final product. I am very unhappy with a white counter-top with a yellow seam. Clearly, there is no warranty with this company based on the work they provide. What they give you, is what you get. My advice to you is to pay a little more for good quality work and people you can count on.

I received estimates from about five counter top company's about a year ago. Kory's price, willingness to work with our budget and overall professionalism impressed me the most. Because other house projects came up, we ended up delaying our counter top project until just this week. When I called Kory after a year, he was still willing to do the work, which was good news for us. He was very punctual, very professional and had good suggestions. From calling him to having him install the counter tops took at little less than two weeks. The men who installed the counter tops were very efficient and left everything very clean. They even put the drawers back in under the counter tops for me, which I didn't really expect. So we are very pleased with everything.

Very personable and likeable individual, but average fabrication and average to below average installation. Seams were wider than necessary and cut edges at seams were left raw, chipped and unpolished (this is in comparison to previous experience with another provider).

Quality was great for a great price

They did great work. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I am very happy with their services.
