Cleaned vent, but while doing so the workmen used the washing machine as a workbench and left metal marks all over. Subsequently had to be scrubbed off. No permanent damage--just annoying.

Contacted Kevin for an evaluation of my attic for mold. He was courteous and professional. Arrived on time. He looked over attic and concluded that it wasn't mold but just old stains. Spent some extra time giving me tips on insulation and ventilation even though there wasn't a job for him. Class act.

Kevin (owner) gave an estimate of the work and was very helpful and informative. He described in detail the air duct system and how best to maintain it. He was punctual, thorough, and reasonably priced. His friendly yet professional demeanor was a big selling point.
