Kelly does a great job. Exactly what I wanted. I actually don't remember the exact cost.

I would rate the work that the stylists do, but I never got a chance to use their services. In my opinion this is not the way you run a business, especially if you want people to come back or if you want new customers. Strike 1: I called and asked if they took walk ins. The young lady who answered the phone, who was very polite, assured me that they did, but when I showed up less than 30 minutes later there was only one person in the shop and she was slammed with back to back appointments. The woman who had answered the phone had left. Strike 2: I tried calling the shop to make an appointment. I'd been told that they do wonderful work, but that I should ask for Heather. I called half a dozen times over the course of two days and no one ever answered the phone. Strike 3: I was passing the shop on my way to another appointment and decided that I'd just stop in and see about making an appointment. They were busy, there were four or five stylists working (which made me wonder why no one had answered the phone when I'd called earlier). I wanted to make an appointment for Monday, but they are closed on Monday, so I asked about Saturday. The girl who'd come up to talk to me polled the other stylists, but none of them would be working on Saturday. And they weren't even sure who would be, and since each of the stylists maintains their own appointment book and they keep them with them and don't leave them in the shop, she couldn't make me an appointment with anyone. She suggested Tuesday, but I'm going out of town. She gave me a card with the names and cell numbers of two stylists who she "thought might" be in on Saturday. Strike3 1/2: Yes I do tend to give lots of chances and the benefit of the doubt... I called both those cell numbers numerous times throughout the day (Friday) and the next day, and neither ever answered. That was it. I'd had it. They may be artists with hair, but if no one ever gets in to avail themselves of the services, then they won't go very far.

Very nice, clean shop. Professional.

I had a years worth of botched haircuts before going to her. I also have very fine hair and not everyone can cut it. She was fabulous. In the course of four months it has grown out two inches. She really knows what she's doing when it comes to fine hair. She even worked with the price. A friend of mine liked it so much that she is now going to her as well.

I had my hair shampooed, cut and styled. I am 62 y/o and have fine hair. I asked for an updated cute style and Kelly did just that. I am so happy with my new cut. She had cut it twice before but in a very conventional way (trimmed length, and bangs) I think she is a very good stylist. The shop is a little dated and very small, but clean.
