I have a service contract for our beach house on Castle Island,right now, they installed it when we built the house 23 years ago. They do a twice a year service contract on that one. Then on our home in Wilmington, they do the twice a year service contract on that one too. They're excellent. They usually come in the spring and in the fall. I have an annual contract with them and each of the houses are separate. They charge per unit. I have 2 units in Wilmington and 2 here. They've also replaced the heat pumps here at the beach house because they were over 20 years old.
