Jason came to our home to do am estimate. He was, initially, very flexible w the timing. After he came and took measurements we didn?t hear from him via text or email. After many contact attempts we finally received a short text stating that they did not want to take on our dry wall fix.

Jason did an excellent job installing a disappearing attic staircase. It was a difficult job and extremely hot but he got it completed in a quick efficient manner. He returned calls and showed up when he said he would. He is coming back to install a new door that we had to special order. Great to work with.

Jason was fantastic to work with ! Completely responsive, professional, reliable in all matters. We had him do some repairs to flooring in a bathroom, a few minor fixes to outlets, and install an over the counter microwave instead of our counter top one. We also have plans to add a sliding shower door and he's given great advice before we began. I can't say enough about how much it means to me that we found someone who responds to calls/emails, shows up when he says and does quality work for a great price. I 100% recommend!

The handymen I typically use charge a hourly rate. He DID quote the job for me, sight unseen, and I hired him. However, the job took a mere 20 minutes and he still charged me the $115 he quoted me. I had hoped he would have wanted more referral business from me (I have several rental properties), but when I asked if the price would be the same he said yes. Maybe I'm wrong to have hoped he would have charged me a minimum price such as $75, but I'll work harder to find another resource for handymen via friends' referrals in the future.
