"When completing this project I asked the customer to water the mulch down heavy. The reason was due to it being fresh mulch. After seeing the next day that this was not done I talked with the customer. Seeing that there was still a road block I offered to refund $400.00. Which they accepted. I have been in business for 14 years and we try very hard to please all our customers. This is one time we couldn't do so."
