QUALITY ALUMINUM

It started out well with Pat Hargrove with Quality Aluminum stopping by and agreeing to replace the damaged corner gutter section for $100 and to cleanout and reinstall all of the gutter guards on the second story roof. for $200 additional. The work appeared to be completed as agreed, until I got up on the roof two weeks later (after the rain stopped) to inspect their work. The corner gutter that he replaced did not have a gutter guard installed and all but a short section of the gutter guards to be reinstalled where as they were before their job (not completed). From July 15 until August 7th, I left three voice messages trying to get in touch with him to finish the work. On August 7th, he finally responding saying that he would be there on the next Tuesday to finish the work. He even say yes to the fact that he forgot to install a new piece of gutter guard on the corner section he replaced. Needless to say that he did not show up or call on that Tuesday August 11th. I called and text him on the 11th asking if he was coming - no response. On Wednesday August 26th, I again called him and texted him to make plans to finish the work. I asked him to call or text me by Thursday August 27th to work this out - again no call back or text. Therefore, I am writing this review so that someone else will not have this same experience.
