Mike contacted me after I posted an advertisement on craigslist looking for help with reinstalling the operating system on my PC. He told me to call him to discuss it since he could provide me with several options, and we discussed my situation at length. In the end he offered several solutions, all of which were reasonably priced, and he even gave me enough information so that I could do all of the work myself should I choose to do so. This is an honest professional, and I recommend using his service if you need you computer fixed/upgraded/serviced.
