I highly recommend Kornerstone Construction for all your exterior siding needs. I used Kornerstone twice in the past few years, and each time they did a fantastic quality job.They were always on time, and cleaned up daily before they left. The owner Vadim is very personable. He is a great communicator, and he took the time to explain all the work that needed to be done, also showed me photos of the work he's done for other customers. He always informed me prior to any work that was outside the scope that came up unexpectedly, that needed to be address. He is a perfectionist, and it shows in the quality of his work. I used to always get 3 bids on all the jobs I hire. I would recommend getting 2 bids prior to meeting with Vadim, and you will definitely see the positive difference in his professionalism, and expertise. If I ever I need siding work now, I only call Vadim, and Kornerstone Construction.

I hired them based on a friends experience with them. She was thrilled about how her house turned out. I needed to have all the siding removed and new siding installed. They explained the process to me and gave me no surprises. The job was done in the timeline they gave me. They were extremely nice and worked on the house like it was their own. Every little piece had to be perfect to them or they would fix it. After the job was done I couldn't have been more pleased. They cleaned up including pressure washing my driveway, walkway and patio. I would highly recommend them for any job. They are not happy until you are happy.

Vadim was right on target. We needed the old LP T1-11 siding removed and replaced with new Hardie Board Lap and Straight Shingle Siding. We received beautiful trim and some great ideas. Vadim is pleasant to work with and a real pro. The job included painting which was also top notch. Job was completed on schedule and for a fair price. He is great with decks too. I love my new house!

Vadim is a pro. He went above and beyond what I asked to be done. He found many mistakes and shortcuts that the contractors left behind fixed them, found leak in flashing and rotting sub siding andreplaced it. Replaced electrical fixtures, as needed and always had a story or joke to tell. A very good experience kept at the estimate. Top notch!

Kornerstone Construction was the low bid of three I received through Home Advisor to replace the siding on my entire house with Hardie Plank Siding. Two low bids were very close and one of the bids by a larger company was way over the top.  I went with Kornerstone because of the large number of positive comments I found online. From the beginning Vadim was excellent at explaining the process and answering any questions.  I new what to expect and when to expect it. At the end of the day Vadim would ask me if I had any questions or concerns. He let me know from the beginning that he wanted to know if I had any issues with the progress or quality of the job.   We  have a 2,500 square foot two story house that is on a significant slope. This was a three week job as they had to put plywood over the entire frame of the house.  There was never a problem accessing the higher portions of the house as he and his brother Daniel, worked their way around the house. With any siding project solutions will be needed to work around existing fixtures, faucets, vents, lights, cable and wiring.  Vadim always found a way to work with me to find a solution. More often than not, the solution did not require additional costs, just a decision. We had an issue with the electric meter and had to purchase a new new meter box and have it installed by an electrician. While it wasn't cheap, it had to be done.  Included in the bid was the price of a tongue and groove pine soffit over the front porch.  It included two LED can lights.  It made a real difference to the overall look of the house.  He also made two shutters (at no cost) and hung them on a large window on the front of the house.  The increase in curb appeal has been a real positive.  Also in the price of the bid was the cost of painting the entire house.  Bogdan Koshman is the painter Kornerstone uses on their projects.  I could not have been happier with the finished project.  Bogdan is an experienced professional and did an excellent job.  Our house is almost 30 years old and it looks like new. This winter when siding work slows down, I plan to use Kornerstone Construction for some other projects around the house.   I do not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone who has high expectations for quality workmanship and professionalism. 

Vadim is a very pleasant professional. We had to replace the siding on one side of our house and his company was one of four company's to bid on it. While his bid was a little higher than the others the number of 5 star ratings was also higher so I chose him. as it turns out it was a very good choice, the work was professionally done and it was on time. It had to be painted and due to the weather we had to wait awhile for the painting. This has now been completed by a very nice and professional young man. I could not be happier with my choice and I highly recommend Valdim and his company to anyone who has need of his services. Chuck Wallace

Vadim did a great job throughout the project. We had siding done on most of our house. We had a few estimates done and Vadim was the right balance of good reputation and cost. He kept us informed about every step of the process. He’s easy to work with and let us know all of our options based on our situation and budget.

Vadim was very professional and did a great job. We replaced some of our old LP siding with Hardie boards around our dormers and on the sides of the second story. Our roof has a sharp incline, which they navigated well, and the siding on the dormers required detailed work. Overall it was a good experience with excellent results. Vadim is very conscientious about his work. I've already recommended him to friend. And my son and daughter-in-law just hired him to repair the siding at their house.

Vadim and his crew were a pleasure to work with. I was impressed with the care and attention to detail, which far exceeded my expectations. Vadim made sure the job was done right and in timely fashion. I also appreciated the advice, suggestions, and insight Vadim offered along the way, but never felt he was trying to "sell" me anything or additional work. This is a very serious review and if you are looking for siding replacement or repair you need to read this. I have never had the pleasure of working with such outstanding contractors period! I have been in law enforcement going on 21years now and trust nothing I see and only half of what I hear. I can say this, Vadim and his employees at Kornerstone did an incredible job replacing my entire home's siding to include removal of molded and rotten areas of OSB. The builders of my home in 1998 poorly installed recalled fiberboard LP siding and didn't even build my home well at that. If I could find them, we would be in court. Kornerstone gave me a conservative fair bid and most important; were very trustworthy. I watched them closely and realized over time, they were very honest hardworking professional men who believed in doing a great job. They are very skilled at siding and repair. Vadim is excellent at knowing how to make a home 100% new and beautiful again. His creative ideas were amazing and I used them. I have the best looking house on the street with no doubt. All my neighbors agree. I even needed help with replacing two large fence gates. They helped me just to be nice. I cannot and will not say enough good things about this company. My project took a long time, because there were complications they were able to work through and make better, that were not even caused by them. They have catered to my every need and wish for my home. I paid a fair and reasonable price for this job and it was a huge investment for me. Kornerstone gave me a bid that was not overblown to pay for huge overhead, but they also were mature enough to not give me a ridiculously low-ball bid either. I would have known and it would have told me they did not know what they were doing or what it would have truly cost to do the job. That showed me they had experience. I did not overpay, however I paid for perfection and got it! The materials from the new siding itself to the caulking, nails, paint, wiring, cedar, pine, cement board, trim, shutters, soffits, and pure craftsmanship was top notch. I would hire Kornerstone again and again for other work as well. I have found my contractor for life. They are good people and try very hard to do well. I enjoyed having them at my home and even left my garage door open at times when I wasn't home. Trust me, I would have known if something was not right, but they were awesome. I had never met any of these individuals before in my life prior to this job. I have cameras up everywhere and I can say everything went very well. There were a couple of times when a little piece of something didn't turn out right, which is to be expected. My point is I would not have ever even noticed or known about it. BUT, Vadim knew and did it over!!! It blew my mind and told me a lot about his work ethic. I believe Kornerstone's ability far exceeds most. We were impressed with Vadim and his crew. He took time to sit down with us and go over options for our new siding to update our look. He made sure we were satisfied with each step and pointed out ideas to enhance the look of our home. The painters also did a great job. We were very pleased with the quality of work, and wouldn't hesitate recommending him and his crew.

Vadim from Kornerstone was fantastic. He responded promptly, and provided a fair quote the next day. He did incredible quality work, not just fixing our rotten siding, but going above and beyond to find the source of the problem, and repairing everything so we will never have problems again. Everything looked great, was caulked tightly, and he cleaned up impeccably. He even carefully removed my little plant hanger so it wasn't damaged. We will definitely use him again for any home projects.
