Alex was right on time, had necessary parts to reset our garage double doors, adjusted the slack and installed new exterior trim to match existing color. The final bill was spot on versus the estimate. Would honestly say this sub is super and we would highly recommend him!

They were prompt and did a good job with the installation. They did not remove my old garage opener or the old wall switch. I thought the price was a little expensive.

For the basic service call of $85, they went above expectations. We had a faulty sensor replaced at no charge (it was used but operable), everything lubricated, and he replaced 2 hinges I already on hand. No extra charge. He was there, maybe 45 min. Also, he was able to make a same day, morning visit and was early. Put them at the top of your list.

Alex responded the same day our garage door motor stopped working, even though that occurred at about 3:50 pm. He said he would arrive about 6:00 pm and was here at 6:10 pm, and got the problem fixed by 6:45 pm, and charged for a simple service call. His business card is now laminated and taped next to the garage door opener.

Alex called early in the day to tell me he would be available between 4 and 5. He arrived shortly after four and was persistent with a doorbell that doesnâ  t always work. He was understanding about my desire to maintain social distancing. He promptly found the problem with my garage door, explained it to me, and fixed it. He then proceeded to do maintenance I didnâ  t know I needed, resulting in a much quieter operation. He also cautioned me about a potential problem with my aged door, but without pressuring me to do anything about it. As a result of Alexâ  s competence and professionalism, I will be using Leicester Garage Door to replace both my garage doors in the near future. Highly recommended!
