Kitchen Tune-Up

The initial contact with Mr Clevenger was positive. He had many options to offer us and seemed to know his products well. His suggestions for materials and patterns were excellent. Those we didn't like he didn't push. Although the estimate seemed high, we were familiar with the cost of overall kitchen remodeling and figured it was fair enough. In our area, there are virtually no other companies that offer the same services as Kitchen Tune Up so in many ways this was a leap of faith that the result would be satisfactory. Also we had used the company before (but with a different owner) and we were very satisfied. When the work began problems with measuring were revealed. The person doing the actual installation had not done the measuring, and there were errors that resulted in the job taking longer than planned because pieces had to be reordered. The installer, himself, was excellent--careful, meticulous, and neat in his work set up and clean up. Overall despite delays, long work days because installer liked to start later in the day, we were thrilled with the result and glad we opted for a major tune up vs a complete remodeling.
