\I had to take my machine to and quot;Foam and Fabricsand quot;, and it was returned there the following Monday. I haven't had time to use it yet, as I had 15 guests during the holidays,and am still undecorating and getting my house in order. Mark said to call him if there are any future problems, and I intend to.

He was very friendly and informative on the phone, he estimated the cost and provided a convenient drop off and pick up of the sewing machine. Sewing machine works great.

Rykar is an unusual brand and the model I have is very outdated. He knew the machine right away. I had to trust that he would get it working again. He replaced a part that would normally be difficult to find. Sure enough the part was in his stock. He also taught me about the best techniques to use on the machine.

I needed my machine done in just a couple of days. I was leaving for a summer long vacation and wanted to take my machine along. He usually keeps it about a week and then returns it to the location where you had dropped it off in town. He made special exceptions for me and my circumstances. I dropped my machine off at his shop and was able to pick it up in just a few days. When i picked up my machine Mark told me several things I could do to keep it running smoothly and made suggestions of items I needed.
