Corey Fox responded quickly to our estimate request for a gutter guard product. I asked him verbally that if this product failed to perform as promised, that he would come take care of it. He assured us that he would. We gave him half down to purchase the product. He returned the next day with his brother, and they installed it. We are unable to climb up on the roof, which is why we had this product installed in the first place. So, we trusted that it was installed properly, and we paid him the remainder of the $960.00 cost. Approximately one month later, we noticed a place where the gutter guard had collapsed down into the gutter. My husband dragged the ladder out and there were actually two places where the product had fallen down into the gutter, and there is a gap where the mesh was never installed at all. Cory was called, and he said he was very busy, but he would be out to fix it. No show. A couple of weeks later we called him again, and he said that yes, he really needed to get out here and fix that. No show. I called him again, and left a message on his voice mail. No response. As a last ditch effort, on September 1st I called his father. He was very nice and said, "Let me call him". Nothing!! After three months of trying to get this problem resolved, I am at a loss on what to do now. UPDATE 11/16/2013: Cory showed up out of the blue today to fix the problems.
