We lost our water late on Saturday afternoon, so for the remainder of the weekend we used bottle water for drinking and cooking and water we keep for flushing for situations such as this. I called Ferguson's at 8AM on Monday and was told they could come by in a little while. David and Eddie arrived 45 minutes later, diagnosed the problems (burned out switch and broken bladder in tank) and advised the cost of repair. They went to work pulling out the old tank from the crawl space and replaced it and the switch. Beginning to end about 45 minutes. So from initial phone call to the resumption of flowing water--90 minutes. We couldn't be happier or more grateful to have running water.

They were efficient, friendly and professional

They worked us in the schedule to replace a well pump on Saturday while we were out of town. Cleaned up well and left no signs of work having been done. They worked with us over the phone to diagnose and fix the problem. Accounting was pleasant when called to discuss the bill.

My overall experience with this company was great.

We were out of water and called and were told by a gruff man that nobody could get here for 3 days. The crew showed up on time and did the work, but told us that we'd have to drill the well deeper. They installed a half horse pump knowing they'd have to come back and install a larger one very soon when they came back to drill again. We were not told they'd have to install a larger pump and be charged again. Why they didn't put the larger pump in the first time is baffling.We were also told the owner would be in touch with us. Haven't heard from him. We paid the bill in full.

I got three bids for this service, and chose Ferguson's because of pricing and reputation. Mr. Ferguson was the first contractor to my home, and he took the time to explain each aspect of the well system to me. When the crew arrived, they could not have been more professional. They hit a few "hiccups" along the way, and took it all in stride. They did a number of little "extras" along the way - for instance, we needed some grading done at the well site, and they came across a big rock. Although it was a pain to get out of the way, once the grading was done I saw that they placed the rock in a decorative way. I didn't have to ask them for these nice touches, and I appreciated that very much. The work was done on time and on budget. I highly recommend them.

The company owner came and diagnosed the trouble. He removed a filter between the pump and water tank, saying it most likely contributed to the problem. The next day he sent 2 technicians to the site. They determined how far the pump was from the bottom of the well (about 2 ft.), pulled and replaced the pump. In addition, they discussed with me possible causes of my problems. We jointly decided to place a Sand Separator on the pump to help reduce sediment pick up and to raise the pump 20ft off the bottom. The work was completed professionally and efficiently. The technicians were very knowledgeable and displayed a desire to complete the job satisfactorily. After the work was done, they replaced the well cover and cleaned up all debris.
