I was very pleased with the examination and professionalism shown. Decision to remove the small knot, likely from a fly bite or bee sting now in winter when horse is and quot;offand quot; instead of waiting to see if it needs removal in the spring when horse will be ridden more and getting ready for shows was left up to me; I thought removing it now best because my horse has time off now for complete healing and there are no flies to bother the site.
Previously we have used Dr. Tillitson for routine spring and fall shots and for various other routine and emergency services and have always found her easy to work with, readily available in emergencies and willing to work with us on appointment times.
She is completely professional, skilled and thorough.
Recently she sutured a very nasty injury to the head area of my halter horse and it has healed well and looks great.
Several years ago when one of our horses ran a high fever she really pursued the cause until we eventually got a diagnosis of a tick-borne disease when other causes had been thoroughly investigated.
I fully trust her diagnostic ability and her experience. I would recommend her to my friends without hesitation.

Extremely well. She is very good with spooky horses and explains things well during and after her treatments. My only complaint was the farm call cost, it is more than I've paid to other vets for similar distance travel.
