We depended on this Inspection, and we bought the house. Now, we found
out there is $ 93,000 dollars worth of damage in the house, and live
Termites !!! When we called him back out he said he did not know how
they could have missed this and he would call his Insurance company to
fix this valid claim. That was 8 months ago and now we are having to
pay a lawyer to sue them just to get our house fixed. They will not fix
it, and we cannot afford to pay this lawyer much longer .....

They do a good job. If you see something after they leave they will come back and spray for free. I would use them again.
