Window Service
The experience didn't go well. They installed windows without the tint that we had specifically requested, and they never followed up to install the appropriate kind when we brought this issue to their attention. It's especially frustrating considering that we were willing to pay for the different windows to be installed.

"The customer was quoted on several glass and metal options. The product installed was indeed the product he selected and paid for. The customer wanted the product swapped out at no additional cost for a more expensive product. He was not willing to pay any difference."
