great job, exceeded all my expectations, completed project on time

We then got a second opinion with JR Ritchie. Jeff came out and within about 2 minutes he had the power back on. He said he needed to replace one breaker (not the whole box), and that if we didn't mess with the box the power should stay on until he replaced the breaker (it did). Due to the age of the box he had to special order the breaker he needed, or he would have had the problem resolved within the day. Once the breaker was delivered he came back out and it took him maybe 10 minutes to replaced it for a total cost of $300. Everything is working fine and has been for several days. Needless to say, we've found an honest and professional electrician that we will continue to use!

When I first contacted them, I was looking for an estimate on the cost of the service.  It took me a couple of days to compare costs from other service providers.  When I called back, JR Ritchie could not come out on the day I originally requested.  However, they were able to accomodate me on another date.  The technician was very professional and quickly changed out the light fixture for us.  We were pleased with the service and the professionalism.

They met me early in the morning for a quote so it didnt interfere with my work schedule.  They were on-time, professional and gave me a quote that was inline (actually slightly cheaper) than other quotes I had.

The work was done promptly and professionally - no complications.

Price quoted was actual price.

I would use them again. 

The only thing I would change is I would get a written quote.  I felt confident enough ( and had a time constraint to get to  work) that I did not ask but in retrospect I should have gotten one.  Also, I feel it should have been offered without asking.   I'm sure they would have furnished a quote if asked. But it was a small job and they were good to their word and I didnt have problems.

They were very good. They came out when they said that they would. They were very prompt. They are very competent. I was very impressed by their knowledge. They were professional.
