House Cleaning
Phyllis is WONDERFUL. She was extremely responsive from the first contact, very flexible in scheduling to meet my needs, extremely friendly, and most importantly, she does a phenomenal job with cleaning. She is a perfectionist, leaving no detail unattended, including getting on her hands and knees to wipe down every step in a 3-story house. She is also very reasonably priced and works efficiently. She is as good as I've ever seen and I highly recommend her and her company!!

These two know how to run a business! They are professional, reliable, organized, provide great quality service and are easy to work with. How refreshing!!
As a business owner my name is one the line and I only have one chance to make that first impression. I only work with businesses that have the same standards and expectations of quality that I do and that isn't always easy to find in this area. I'm not easy to please because I provide excellence in my rental experience for my guests and I expect my service providers to do the same for me.
This company will not let you down. I have had four scheduled cleanings with them in the last two weeks and they just keep getting better. They clean a one bedroom, one bath 900 square foot cabin for me. This includes changing out linens and towels, making the the bed along with standard household cleaning. Phyllis is thorough and several of my guests have left reviews commenting on how "clean" the cabin was. Reliability is important as I have a small window of time from check-out to check-in for my guests on many days and I never stress about them letting me down. They come when they say they will. As new bookings come in, scheduled updates and communications between us are frequent and easy. They make every effort to accomodate me when possible and I appreciate feeling like I am a valued customer.
I plan to be working with them for a long time. What a relief. Quality and service I can trust!! Peace of mind...priceless.

Initial appoint was to review the house and provide an estimate. Next a top to bottom intensive clean, thereafter every 2 weeks!
Great job, very friendly. Have requested a few date changes when we were out of town...not a problem!
