They arrived on time. 3 ladies. I left for an hour and half. When I got back they were packing to leave. I did a walk through and found some grease on the kitchen cabinet and they cleaned it. I paid them $200 for the 2 hours cleaning. The next day I was putting in a new microwave above the range. I found grease still in the cabinets and on top of all cabinets. I called them and they said it had been more than 48 hours. Work was done on Friday. If you hire them get what they plan to do I writing.

Perla and the ladies who came were nice people. I scored the Bee Maids poorly for responsiveness and quality for the following reasons. (1) After 2 days and no response to my email reply with the dates that were good for me I had to follow-up with a phone call to confirm a date. (2) Timing on most texts and emails were late (for example, the text advising my cleaners would arrive soon was received 30 minutes after they had arrived. (3) Upon arrival I explained we wanted just the three bathrooms fully cleaned and disinfected top to bottom. However, due probably to the language barrier they apparently did not understand and in addition to the bathrooms were cleaning a little bit of everything and vacuuming, at the expense of fully cleaning the bathrooms. I had to ask them to re-clean portions of the bathroom when I found soap-scum on a full shower wall and the bathroom floor had not even been touched when they said they had washed it. It was uncomfortable for both of us to go through that and is a lesson to me and them: Next time, make sure your help fully understands the clients' expectations and can repeat it back to them in detail before beginning.

We used The Bee Maids cleaning service on our ~2200 square foot ranch home bi-weekly for over a year. When they first started cleaning our home their service was good; they did a good job. However, as time went on the quality of their work declined drastically. I let Perla know about the issues numerous times and on a few occasions sent pictures of the cleaning I'd done after they left showing the large piles of dust/pet hair left behind and areas overlooked. They didn't clean behind or under most things and mostly ignored anything above eye level (i.e., dining room chandelier). I never expected them to climb a ladder/stool or move furniture to clean; the areas I'm referring to are easily reachable from the floor with the right tools. I did a cleaning a few days after their last visit and went through a whole box of Swiffer dusters and two vacuum cleaner bags full of dust/dirt/pet hair they left behind. That is unacceptable! We also had several items broken over the months (a lamp/lamp shade, two remotes, candle holder, etc.) because they rushed through their 'work'. They were also not consistent in the times they showed up. At first they showed up consistently within a two hour period on Monday mornings but that too changed with time. It could be morning, midday or afternoon before they showed up with no communication and no expectation of when to expect them. Repeated requests to get their arrival time down to a two hour window were unsuccessful. The ladies were lovely and we wanted this arrangement to work out. That is why we gave them more than enough time/chances to improve the quality of their work, however, things didn't improve but continued to worsen. We were paying for a service we weren't getting so finally gave up on The Bee Maids and discontinued using their company in June.

"Thank you Mrs. [Member Name Removed] for your review, im surprise you are mentioning the girls not reaching under furniture as i know for fact and been there and we reach specially under your living room couches and bed as is where your cats and dogs spend most of the time and there is a lot o hair throughout the house (we didn't sweep the floors but actually specially vacuum them). Your house was one of my main detail cleaning as me and the girls knew your expectations of cleaning but seem that it was never enough unfortunately. Im also surprise you mention not cleaning above eye level as one of the complains was that when dusting frames they tend to move and you had to go back and straiten the frame. We did talk about the time frame and since your request we kept it on the 2 hr frame and i would even send you a picture of location but you wanted more specific time when we were not able to provide due to travel route or work frame from a home prior to yours. The only thing we unfortunately cleaning was a little candle you had and i ask you how to replace it for you. Unfortunately no matter how much the girls address all your request, there was that inconformity on you side, we thank you so much for the opportunity to work with you, we really enjoyed it above all. Thank you for everything and hope you find the help you feel comfortable with."

The maids were 40 minutes late and did not call. When I called to find out when they would arrive I only received a voicemail and no one ever returned my call. They did not do the thorough job expected out of a "deep clean". Even some basic things, such as moving the shampoo bottles in the bathroom to clean the shower niche, weren't done. They barely cleaned the floors, my dining room floor was still dirty. They only dusted about half of what needed to be done. I've purchased a deep clean on Angielist before from another company and the detail completed doesn't even come close to a deep clean.

The Bee Maids did a phenomenal job doing a thorough cleaning of my house. After having work done to my house, I was exhausted with the idea of cleaning baseboards and cabinets but everywhere I turned, there was dust and dog hair. They came on short notice and did an amazing job, better than I could have ever done! My cabinets were wiped down, baseboards cleaned, my fridge is sparkling once again! I cried tears of joy when I walked around afterwards looking at how clean everything was. I highly recommend anyone use their service!

I moved into my home 1 month ago and needed general cleaning after the unpacking was complete. The house was cleaned prior to my move-in so nothing was "dirty", just needed wiping down, disinfecting, etc. Initially they didn't have any days available that worked for me, but they were willing to work me in and had a cancellation the day of service that actually allowed them to come early. 2 women came w/ full supplies. One spoke English somewhat, the other did not. I gave them a tour of the home and explained what I wanted done in each room but I'm not sure that the English communicated fully with them. They cleaned each room but had poor attention to detail. One woman spent a good 30 minutes on the phone while cleaning in the beginning. I followed up behind them with some dusting and wiping down of countertops and there was dirt left behind. The blinds were "whacked" in order to dust them w/o must actual dust removal and one of the master bedroom blinds was damaged in the process. In general they just didn't do more than superficial cleaning. I was disappointed but perhaps you get what you pay for!

WONDERFUL. The ladies got to my house at noon & promptly got to work. They did an amazing job. We actually had to tell them to forgo the bonus room because they are so thorough it would have taken them another hour to get through it.

It was excellent. Perla contacted me immediately after I purchased my offer. We were able to set up a date for the same week. She showed up on time and was extremely professional. She explained what they would do, and gave me a price list for follow-up services. Note: They deep clean every time! I had to leave for work, so she stayed until the crew arrived. My house is spotless and tidy and smells wonderful. They cleaned the outside of my entire kitchen, cleaned the bathrooms to perfection, vacuumed and mopped all the floors, cleaned light fixtures, switchplates, door and window frames, stair rails. I'm sure I'm forgetting something. My house is really, really clean. Perla followed up by email to make sure I was satisfied. (I am.) The Bee Maids exceeded my expectations, and I plan to have them come back regularly.

We purchased a big deal and this service provider did an excellent job cleaning our home. While we keep our home clean and organized, we do have three little ones and an active lifestyle and felt it was time for some "spring cleaning." Scheduling was a breeze and they were very accommodating to our preferred time. They arrived on time and after an initial walk-through, they went right to work and cleaned the areas we discussed thoroughly and without complaint. We did not have to come behind them to point anything out because they cleaned our home as we would have expected. What more can you ask for?

The crew arrived on time with all of their own cleaning supplies. They worked diligently until our house was immaculate. My house hasn't been this clean in years! They cleaned bathrooms, floors, baseboards, doors, moldy shower, dusted, and vacuumed. They did in a few hours what would've taken me days by myself. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were friendly and very professional.
