Jay did a wonderful job for me. He did everything from removing the existing flooring, to laying the tile, to putting down new molding. He was quick, professional, and the final result was amazing.

Mr. Glover is a wonderful man to work with. We scheduled a time for an estimate and he was punctual, even a few minutes early. Took a lot of time to ask questions and explain his process in detail which was very helpful. He wrote up a very reasonable estimate and had it emailed to me to review within 36 hours. When I went to schedule the work to be done he was already booked a month in advance (which is usually a good sign) and it was, he was worth the wait.
He arrived for work on the first day 5 minutes early and immediately got to work demoing. Pretty quickly he discovered some issues under the original tile in our old home (built in 1927, there's always a surprise or two when you start ripping things up) that would change how he went about the project. However, he took it all in stride, explained in depth to my husband and I what he would have to do now, got the additional supplies needed and finished the job earlier than anticipated. Because the issues required less labor and demolition for him to do, Mr. Glover actually knocked almost $100 off of our total cost. 
Mr. Glover is an honest and hard working man who was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job. We are so thrilled with the new tile in our upstairs bathroom and will call him again when we decide to tackle the downstairs!

Jay was a real pleasure to work with!  He gave us excellent advice about tile size and choices; he was very efficient and yet meticulous with the underfloor preparations, laying the tiles, and doing the grouting.  We would recommend him to anyone, and plan to hire him back again as soon as we're ready for more tile work!

It was truly a pleasure working with Jay.  I got estimates from other tilers but felt most comfortable going with Jay after meeting with him.  He didn't push me in any one direction but was able to provide sound advice, without being pushy at all.  He seems to have a pretty full schedule so he couldn't start right away but that was fine for me because I wasn't quite ready yet anyway.  We needed to purchase the tiles (which he helped with) and I wanted to hang the drywall myself.  After scheduling, Jay showed up on time each morning for a week, ready to go.  He didn't mind me checking in on him during the day to see how things were going and because I'm just curious.  At the end of the week he wasn't quite done because I asked for a glass shelf installed in my niche and it takes a couple of weeks for the glass to come in.  Also we ran a little short on the floor tiles and I needed to hang the door before he could finish the wainscot.  It was clear that Jay was truly committed to getting the job done quickly and even came on a Saturday to finish up.  In the end, the bathroom looks great, I am very pleased with the results and everything was very smooth working with Jay.  Even though there were a couple of issues, he worked them out in a timely fashion and the results speak for themselves.
If you're looking for a tile installer, go with Jay, you won't regret it.

Excellent.  He responded to my emails and calls promptly.  He arrived on time for the estimate.  He communicated exactly what he would do and what we needed to do. We agreed on dates for the work to be done--accommodated our schedules.   He showed up when he said he would, worked efficiently, and finished just a little ahead of when he had told us he would.  He did a great job and cleaned up the mess.  Very polite and professional. He did what we wanted, when we wanted, and at the price to which we agreed. Floor looked great--we were pleased.

Jay did a beautiful job with the backsplash in my kitchen. My neighbors along with myself were in a state of oooohhhsss and aaahhhs at the job he did. Jay is very personable and talked to me about what he was going to do. I am soo happy with the work he did. Thank you Jay again and again.

Jay is a super sweet guy and extremely friendly.  He came out quickly for a quote, gave some tips/advice with no other agenda other than to be helpful, and maintained this the entire time we worked with him.  He did a fantastic job of laying the tile and he was quick and efficient.  We were on a time crunch and he was more than accommodating to that and was able to move a couple things around so that we could get our tile down in time.  Jay was overall fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone!

Jay glover did a wonderful job with our master bath floor tile. He got in contact with us within a day of leaving a voicemail . He provided us with a excellent estimate for his labor and tile/ grout purchases.. Jay is expedient in his work, but does not sacrifice quality. He estimated two days to complete the project and completed our project in the estimated two days. I would highly recommend Raleigh Tile for your tiling needs.

Jay came out and gave us an estimate that was more than fair and below the other 5 vendors. His arrived day 1 on time and ready to go. He is an EXCELLENT communicator only matched by his timeliness and quality of work. It too a total of 3 days to cpmplete the job just as he stated. His cleanup was prefect. If I ever need tile work again - Jay will be who I turn to for the job!

Jay is a consummate professional!  He's on time, courteous and incredibly thorough in his work.  It takes a long time to get on his schedule but it is worth the wait!  How many times have contractors come through and your place was a mess after their departure?  Not with Jay!  He's so reliable, honest and his prices are very fair!  I would hire Jay again and again and again.  This guy is amazing! 

Jay did an excellent job.  He tiled my main bath (full) floor, had to remove and replace the toilet and install trim.  Very professional, punctual, and the price was good.  The quality of the tile work was excellent. I would highly recommend Jay.

Jay was AMAZING!  He was very easy to get ahold of, showed up on time and finished early.  We built a house and our builder went bankrupt before the punchlist was finished.  The bathroom is a night and day difference after Jay got done.  He did a beautiful job installing the tile and completely cleaned up afterwards.  I can not say enough good things about this company!  He also sealed our marble and granite countertops the same day he installed our ceramic tile.  I would DEFINITELY recommend hin and use him again

It was a great experience.  Jay is a true artisian tile installer, the quality of his design work and installation were excellent!  Jay works alone, and does one job at a time.  So there was no being kept waiting, He was here every day and stayed on task.  Jay did an effecient demolition of the old tile, tub and shower, and then installed the new plumbing fixtures, soaking bathtub and new tile.  He replaced all the floor tile, with large sand colored tile, and added a 3 foot tall matching tile surround to the corner walls around the new tub and around the shower.  The new shower has sea-green glass subway tiles right up to the ceiling.  The shower floor is smooth pebbles (like small river rocks) imbedded in grout.  Jay custom designed a  beautiful 2 tier shower alcove to fit our shampoos and soap made of the glass subway tile and backed it with a wall of the pebbles in grout.  He also integrated a granite shower seat into the tile, fitted to a tee.  He also did a neat install of a granite shelf into a corner near the tub.  Jay was very patient and helpful when we needed to discuss options.  He always consulted me for input when there was a design question, and he brought concerns to my attention that I would not have known to worry about.  He has a good sense of design and balance, and I really love the way the tiles were set, and the design of the shower fixtures and alcove is nicely balanced and user-friendly.  Jay is personable and gracious and was particularly considerate when we needed to set aside days for the other professionals.  He cleared out when the painters stripped off old wallpaper and painted the upper walls.  He coordinated tasks with the electrician, bathtub, cabinet and granite installers, since he was the main guy coordinating the entire project.  Although he is primarily a tile installer, he was capable in doing most of the plumbing hook-ups and installs as well.  A few minor details required a couple of return visits.  Jay stands by his work and is concerned and available if anything comes up.  He has helped me brainstorm a few little issues to a good resolution, with no extra charge.  I highly recommend Jay Glover of Raleigh Tile!!

It was a positive experience. The end result looked incredible. It was a little slower process than I hoped, but that is because he works by himself. He is incredibly nice and trustworthy and does a quality job.

Raleigh Tile did a fine job on the re grout at a fair price.  The grout is a little off from the original color, but hardly noticeable.  As the saying goes " Third times a Charm" .  

Jay did a great job. Had worked with him several years earlier and this experience was much of the same. Will be using Jay again on future projects.
