Great job, very knowledgeable crew that explained everything.

The part had to be ordered, arrived two days later and they showed up promptly and replaced it. Expensive part, but everything works great now!

This company has exceptionally knowledgeable and professional techs. Two of them worked our job on two different days - troubleshoot and replace. Quality Comfort Services and their techs are the real deal! They were responsive, thorough, careful, Trane trained/certified, clean, respectful and got the job done in a timely manner at reasonable price. I have worked with about 4 other highly reviewed HVAC companies in Raleigh area in last 10 or less years and been disappointed and various ways. The office staff also was very professional in scheduling, expediting replacement coil, and communicating with us on arrival times. Quality Comfort Services has my business for our systems from now on. RH

I used them for two locations.  One for a potential purchase of hvac repair/replacement.  Had inspection with one of their people, Andrew, who was professional, complete, efficient, and did  a fantastic job.  Liked him so much, called them for a potential replacement/repair for another location.  We unfortunately needed a coil replacement for a very difficult unit, as well as replacement of compressor for hvac.  Russ, one of their estimators for replacement even called me due to my needs on a Saturday and a Sunday on his day off!!!   I was amazed by their commitment, their dedication to making sure I was a satisfied customer, gave me three options in how to fix/repair/replace my unit, and then, as they had indicated, were there at my place exactly when they said they would.  Had a very professional, hard worker that was diligent, neat, clean, quick to respond to any questions, and did an amazing job single handedly to do ALL the replacement I needed, took extra time to be sure any 'kinks' in my unit piping previously damaged were repaired and made right, and I feel he did a very high quality job with care and consideration of everything from my needing to work in my home, never took a break, did the entire job, I was even more impressed by getting a phone call from his supervisor to be sure all was going well mid-day.  This technician was Chris.  Very nice man.
Then, back to the first time using them for an inspection of hvac, talked to the owner a few times, and he is very straight forward, professional, personable, and again, was extremely pleased he delivered the inspection, and estimates before the deadline they promised.   
Recommended highly.  I truly will use them in the future.  I was very pleased with every aspect of my experience with them.

The HVAC fan was broken, but the system is an older system.  They could have just recommended a new system, but recommended the fan replacement.
