The technician(Kurt) showed up on time, placed a door mat in front of the door and covered his shoes before entering. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in finding the problem and making the repairs. He completed the work quickly and left no trace that he was there. Excellent technician and very friendly. A great company with excellent response time; highly recommend them.
