They were initially very nice on the phone. Then, once they got to the house, they were very slow. They did not get the job done in the 3 hours and offered to stay longer if we paid additional. We ended up finishing the job ourselves.

They were terrible. He was a very nice guy. His quality of work was off. We had to call him back and then he did not do a good job. We just gave up. He was running an ad for 1 room was $100. We had to furnish the paint. We wanted trim work, which was extra. He painted the walls and did some caulking in our bathroom. I can see the two different tones. I would not use him again.

Had to call them 6-7 times before getting a response. Then last minute cancellation due to painter falling ill. Finally rescheduled and performed. Afterward check showed several places where the underlying paint was showing through new coat of paint. Edges where rough with some paint leaking inside masking tape.

After not hearing anything for a few days, I called and spoke with Lee. He was busy and I was not in a hurry. He said he would call be back to schedule an appointment. After not hearing anything for awhile, I left a couple more messages and finally spoke with him and an appt was scheduled for 11/9/12. Lee arrived for the appt and did the dyrwall work but this needed to dry first and he would have to call me to reschedule a second painting appt. I never heard from him again so I just had somebody else finish the painting work.

This was not an easy job because my husband's office was a dark green and we changed the paint color to a sand khaki color. We also had a border on the ceiling (which we could not get off so we pre-treated so that they could paint over it). All in all they did a great job with the hand that they were dealt (less than ideal ideal prep work on our part and drastic change in room color). They did the work amazingly fast and the crew had a great work ethic. I did not realize that closets are not included in the 'deal' but since we had prepped and cleaned them they did put a quick coat of paint on for us so that it would match the rest of the room.

Very friendly service and patient with a request I had after he had almost completed the job. I forgot to tell him that I didn't want a towel bar put back and he filled in the holes. It's been over a year since the work and it still looks great!

Original appt. 01/24/2013. Appt time was 9 am and he arrived at 10am and stayed until 1 pm. He said he would call me and tell me when he could return to complete the job. WE made an appt. for 01/24/2013 and he called and said he was sick. I called him on 01/28/20136 and he came 01/30/2013 to complete the removal of wallpaper. I paid the additional charge for hours beyond the paid 3 hours.

The biggest problem was finding a time that was agreeable to both parties. Once that was decided it was smooth sailing. Mr. Withrow did an EXCELLENT job, cleaned up afterward, etc. We were very pleased with the quality of the work.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did great. They came out shortly after I purchased the deal. I think I actually set up to do extra work after they did the job for me. This was my first time using them. They were really efficient.

Michael was honest with his assessment of the work that needed to be done to remove the wallpaper. The work we originally wanted done would not be cost-effective, so he provided an alternate solution that would stay within budget and would still look great and would not cause problems in the future.
