THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT ONCE THEY SHOWED UP. OUR ONLY COMPLAINT WAS IT TOOK THREE WEEKS FOR THEM TO SHOW UP TO EVEN START. THEY WERE VERY POLITE.

WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY'S WORK. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN INSTALLING THE FLOOR AND MY KITCHEN LOOKS TERRIFIC.

THEY KEPT DELAYING ME. THERE WAS LACK OF INFORMATION TO THE CONSUMER. THEY ARE UNINFORMED SALES PEOPLE AND NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE TO THEIR OWN PRACTICES. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE AND THEY ARE NOT ON TIME. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OVERALL ON THE WINDOWS, THOUGH.

LOWE'S SENT OUT A CREW THAT WAS VERY INFORMATIVE, AND THEY KNEW ALL OF THE LATEST PLUMBING CODES SO EVERYTHING WAS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I REALLY DIDN'T CARE FOR THE EXTRA COST, BUT THE QUALITY WAS GOOD.

THE COMPANY MEASURED FOR THE PROJECT RIGHT AWAY. I WAITED A LONG TIME BEFORE I WENT BACK TO THE STORE TO REMIND THEM TO INSTALL MY DOOR. THE INSTALLATION WENT QUICKLY AND IT WORKS FINE.
