LISA DEE'S FLORIST

I guess they thought I would never see it since I don't live locally.  My daughter-in-law e-mailed me a picture of the arrangement with a thank you.  I immediately noticed it was not what I ordered.  I contacted1-800-Flowers to complain and they told me a replacement would be sent out immediately.  Lisa Dee's called my daughter-in-law directly to see about picking up the old flowers.  I have never heard about old flowers being picked up.  The man calling their home left a message and sounded very perturbed.  I called the florist directly this morning and spoke with a woman who would not listen to what I was saying.  All she wanted to know was when they could pick up the old flowers.  They tried to cheat me and got caught.  After reading reviews on their service, they seem to have problems when the orderer uses FTD or 1-800-Flowers.  I guess they think they can get away with it when the flowers are ordered long distance. This has not been resolved.  Although no one died, this was not a time my son's family needed a harassing phone call from the florist.  Why couldn't they just deliver the new, corrected floral arrangement.  They didn't need a time to deliver the first flowers, so why now.  We will never use them again and definitely not recomment them to anyone.
