+ -1 moreWe were having trouble with the installation (by myself) of a different kitchen faucet. Knightdale Plumbing came to my house and found that the filter screen in the faucet nozzle was clogged. They were in and out and everything works fantastic.

Description of Work: My water heater broke and we had no hot water. I called on a Friday and they were out within 2 hours. Very professional and timely. I decided to upgrade and have a tankless water heater installed and it was done flawlessly the same day. It was a big job but they worked hard and I was so impressed.

The time of the appointment needed to be changed, and I received a call that the technician had been double booked and it was rescheduled without a problem. They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: I had two slow draining sinks and a faucet in an additional bath that needed servicing. The slow draining sinks were fixed on the first visit. A part had to be ordered for the faucet, and that was handled and the work completed about a week or so later.
