Jerry met with us early in the process to explain how his company operated and willingly involved us in every step of the project. He listened carefully and patiently to our questions and requests. Except for one or two requests that were not adviseable he incorporated every one into the final project. With the ones that were not adviseable, he explained patiently what problems could arise in very easy to understand language. He checked in regularly to make sure we were happy with the progress and went to great extremes (and likely additional expense) to make sure even the smallest problem was addressed and error corrected. HIs warranty system provides for detailed punchlists both 60 days and 12 months after closing. We could not have asked for a better building and purchasing experience. We highly recommend Jerry to anyone considering building a new home.

I have had a good experience with him. He is very attentive, his workmanship is good and he does things on time. I have recommended him to my friends. He is not like any one that I have ever dealt with. I don't have any complaints about him.
