I would recommend them. They first gave me an estimate of $5000 and we ended up spending only $400 which was great. I get what I pay for. They called me during the week for any query.

I took my classic truck in to have all new weatherstripping put on and a window crank installed. It was done on time an the price was very reasonable, about $425. My only complaint is that it appears that the front windshield seal was installed backwards. When I asked about this, I was told that the seal was not a perfect OEM match and therefore could not be installed any other way. It works and I'm fine with that.

From the first notification the day after the accident, Carolina Paint and Body were propmt, courteous and kept me up to date with repairs. Once they realized that they put in the wrong axle, they immediately searched the national parts data base and found another one. Once it arrived, they installed it and did a complete re-alighnment and ensured that all work on the truck was done in accordance with Ford specs.

It was a horrible experience. We had to go back 3 times before the job that we paid them to do was done properly. I would never go back there, I would never recommend them to anybody.
The first time we picked the car up, by the time we got home we could smell the radiator fluid and it was just spewing out and spilling out everywhere. You could move the front bumper 4 inches either way with just my hands. We took it back in and told them the problems which were obvious. It was a nightmare just getting it back in. They should have sent a tow truck to come get it because we had to stop 4 times back to the place to keep putting radiator fluid in it.
We took it back and waited another week and still didn't get the problem resolved. The bumper could still be moved around with your hands. One of the lights, the fog light, was just hanging or dangling.
The guy was not nice, he was aggravated that he had to be bothered by it.

After the trees had been removed from the auto, we discovered that the left doors, fenders,and rear, were heavily damaged. Trim on the top and sides was either loose or missing. Fortunately, the bulk of the trees fell on the roof of the garage. I had my usual mechanic check out the car, and it was drivable. Having previous experience with this service provider eased my thoughts of where to take the car for repair. They explained they would need to keep the car for a few days, and when I went to recover it, I couldn't believe that it was the same automobile I had taken in just 4 days before. The transformation this company did on my auto was remarkable. I would not only recommend their service, I would urge anyone needing automotive body work to check this company first.

My insurance company referred me to a provider who, it turned out, does not do body work. I stopped at this shop on a whim; I could not have made a better choice.
