Borges Construction Company, namely, Dan Borges was absolutely top notch in all aspects. Excellent workmanship, extremely kind and very helpful, and was patient throughout the process with all my questions. He kept the work space very clean at all times and was transparent in all he did including detailed invoices. If I did not agree with how certain things turned out, Dan went above and beyond to ensure things were corrected and to my liking. I would highly recommend Dan Borges for any bathroom remodel. I would certainly hire him again for any future projects.

Dayan was fantastic! We love our new kitchen. He really listened to us, helped us with planning and sourcing. The built-in bench and shelving he made custom for us are stunning. We have received so many compliments and I have passed his contact info on to several friends. His estimate was so thorough and so accurate. No surprises!! And we felt totally comfortable with him in our house, even our dog liked him!

Dan Borges completed all of the work himself with the help of one assistant. He is very detailed from the estimate to the last wall outlet. If there are any issues or concerns Dan is very good about working them out with you. He involves you in the decision making process along the way to make sure you are satisfied with the end result. He is polite, courteous and honest, and I had no concerns allowing him to work in our house without our presence. He is very good about keeping you informed of progress and letting you know when he will and will not be on the job.

Excellent. Dayan is a perfectionist, and very detail oriented. He did an excellent job of remodeling both bathrooms from beginning to end. Highly recommend his services.

We interviewed 3 other companies for this job and decided on Borges. Dayan was meticulous in detail with his estimate. We felt from the beginning he was the one to choose. We also had the opportunity to see his work which confirmed our decision. Having built our home 23 yrs. ago and not having had the greatest tile work done at the time, it was imperative we had someone to do the job correctly this time. He and his work mate were always punctual and communicative which is a huge asset as far as we are concerned. If there was an issue that needed his attention he was quick to respond. They were very pleasant to work with and we are extremely pleased with our new master bath and will hire him again when we get around to doing improvements in our kitchen.

The work by Dayan and team at Borges construction company was superb.  I highly recommend his team for any work you consider having done due to his honesty, professionalism, and overall excellent work.  My wife and I had demolished our master bathroom and found out we were having a little one on the way.  Realizing that we would not be able to finish the work, we called Dayan, and we are very happy we did.  He came out and provided us a reasonable estimate for completing the bathroom with an extremely detailed estimate.  There was no guessing involved, he detailed every line item and provided us with quite a few options.  He and his team were extremely flexible.  We had a few issue with getting our vanity and our tile delivered (Home Depot and Lowes problems, not Dayan) and the team provided great flexibility in completing the project.  There were other issues outside of Dayan's control that resulted in him coming by the house personally to find resolution on.  It was well above the level of commitment to the work I expected.  His team showed up every morning and were amazing to interact with (they would call me personally if there was any doubt about my expectations) and I think my dog liked seeing them more in the morning than me.
After the work was complete I was very satisfied.
To prove his level of dedication and pride in the bathroom work, he helped bail us out even after the project.  After about 3 months after the work was complete, our bathroom fan stopped working.  It was completely un-related to Dayan and his team, we had a roof leak caused by a few nail pops near the bathroom, that were fixed by another roofing company.  Dayan personally came out very quickly and replaced our bathroom fan at no charge, because he wanted us to have the bathroom of our dream above everything else.
I am using Dayan again for some other interior work, because of how well his company has treated our home.  Without a doubt I would recommend him to anyone else.

The original plan was to remove the vanities, build a "box" underneath and then put the vanities back on top of the box.  A week before they were supposed to start, Dayan called with the idea to build the box on top of the vanity instead of underneath.  While being easier on everyone, it saved us time and money and ended up looking better than the original plan.  Dayan came to the house multiple times before work started to talk about the plan and was responsive to my numerous emails and ideas.  I appreciate the fact that he is open to ideas and offers solutions so everyone ends up happy.  
The team cleaned up at the end of each day, were considerate, professional and good at what they do.  I feel comfortable having them in my house.  The work is beautiful and they weren't satisfied until I am.  What more can you ask for?

Dayan and his team were absolutely wonderful throughout a long remodeling process. We completely demolished my old master bath and remodeled it to be "age friendly", with a barrier free shower, wider door, etc.  They were professional throughout, and did a really marvelous  job.  I will most certainly use themin the future. They've got another client for life here.

Borges was incredible. Dayan and his guys are very professional, proactive and thoughtful. They collaborate with home owners on schedule, materials selection, outcomes and any changes. They offer their expertise and guidance, but create numerous decision points for home owners to make informed decisions and get exactly what they want. Dayan is great about setting expectations on cost and schedule/attendance. The tile work was absolutely impeccable. We cannot recommend this team highly enough, and are looking for additional upgrades with which we can engage them.

Dayan and his employees were great to work with on this project.  We aren't in the remodeling  business, so we weren't sure exactly what we wanted with the project.  Dayan was very helpful in helping us decide how to proceed with the project and he made additional suggestions for changes along the way.  We also challenged him with several of our own changes as the project progressed.  Dayan was always very accommodating to our needs and plans.  Michael and Christopher (Dayan's employees) are great to work with, their attention to deail was impressive.  We enjoyed having them in our home.  The finished project looks amazing!

First off, my wife and I are extremely happy with the job done by Dayan Borges and his team.  The bathroom looks amazing.  They were very professional, responsive, and detail oriented.  We have two young children at the house and they also did a great job working around their schedules.
We will use Dayan and his team again.  We have already asked them to help out on some other minor projects.  Our Master bathroom is next and we will definitely be using them for that project as well!

My daughter and her husband hired Dayan. He and his team were wonderful to work with. Dayan was quick to respond and willing to answer questions any time of the day. The team worked quickly and quietly which was great since they have a toddler but the quality of work was still excellent. Dayan checked in with them through out the project and made changes based on feedback easily and quickly. Everyone was very friendly and worked well with pets and kids around. Dayan's prices were fair and stayed consistent from estimate to finished product with no surprises. All changes that affected cost were discussed and clearly defined. Dayan gives you lots of freedom to pick out all your own materials. He will provide advice and opinions along the way but you do need to be somewhat independent.

I can't describe how beautiful our bathroom is and how quickly it all came together.  During the planning phase Dayan offered very helpful advice and answered all our questions.  He had suggestions for where to go to get materials (tile, granite, glass shower doors), but was eager to know if we had found a better price other places.  All of his contacts had very good customer service and we ultimately ended up using most of them. 

After they started working, Dayan and Michael finished it all in about 4 weeks.  They worked hard every day.  [I work from home, so I know!]  When they encountered problems due to the original builders they had creative solutions which made the final result look so much better than what was originally there.  The tile work is gorgeous.  We had a row of diagonal tiles in the shower which ran straight into the niche.  They had to do so many cuts to make it all fit together and it looks fabulous.  Dayan sets very high standards for the work that was done.  They even took down tiles and re-cut because Dayan thought it could look better.  The attention to detail was more than we expected.  The tile work is unbelievable. 

The whole process was relatively painless once we had picked out the materials.  Again, helpful advice from Michael and Dayan was crucial.  Dayan even drove over here at 8:30 one night to help us pick out grout colors for the shower!  Dayan made up a schedule at the beginning which outlined what was happening each week. 

They always cleaned up while leaving for the day and protected the carpets from damage.  I can't say enough great things...  I look at the bathroom each day and am amazed that it's in my house. 

I would whole-heartedly recommend using Borges Construction. 

Dayan and his crew did a great job. He was very responsive and performed the requested work in a timely manner. His prep of the shower for tile gave me high confidence that I would never have leakage problems again. All workers were personable and worked hard while at the house.

Dayan Borges of Borges Construction did an excellent job with my master bath renovation from start to finish.  He did all the work with one assistant, he was here every day punctually, communicated well, was very considerate of how I wanted things finished and all facets of the job were done with attention to detail. Extremely organized.  The only things he did not do, which I had planned to have other people do were a new window installation, vanity and granite installation, drywall and painting and glass shower doors and mirror.  What he did do was demolition, electrical, plumbing, floor tile, floor heating system, completely new shower floor and walls/tile, tub installation, trim work and lights.  I'm extremely happy with the end result.  I would strongly recommend him to family and friends.

Dayan is a pleasure to work with. He and his team are true professionals and among the most responsive contractors I have met. Though I was not on-site and only met Dayan for a few key meetings, I never felt uneasy about the work being completed - in terms of quality and timeliness. The majority of our communications was conducted via email, text, and phone, which worked out wonderfully. 
Dayan's team handled all pick-up of products at the local Lowe's/Home Depot when necessary.  Dayan was very knowledgeable about various materials and was very helpful in advising on purchases such as grout. His team successfully installed all the products I had already purchased, including a ridiculously heavy sliding glass door.  There was never any question or doubt that any aspect of the job wouldn't get accomplished.
The work turned out beautifully. The bathrooms and floors look fantastic. Dayan's team did a great clean up job throughout the process. Even though I wasn't using the property at the time, the place always looked pretty clean when we dropped by on occasion. Cost was pretty much right on with the estimate. I would recommend Dayan anytime and would work with him again in the future.

Dayan replaced an original toilet with a new high efficiency toilet that I provided in our master bath a few weeks prior. The new toilet worked so well that I requested that he return to replace two additional toilets. Dayan and his helper arrived promptly and installed the new toilets without complications. However they were not operating to his satisfaction. They remained in my home for an additional two hours assessing the problem. They swapped out tanks and adjusted the internal mechanisms in order to improve the efficiency. The toilets work much better than my original toilets but Dayan is still not satisfied with the results. He suspects the problem is with the vent in the roof and he promised to inspect it soon. I have never had a tradesman so concerned about attention to detail and satisfying the customer as much as Dayan Borges. I have used him for other work and have recommended him to others and the consensus is that his work ethic and reasonable cost are unparalleled. He did not even charge me for the additional two hours of his labor.

I can not tell you what a pleasure it was working with Dan. This was not an easy job, plumbing, electrical & HVAC, walls & doors, all had to be moved in order to remodel the bathroom & laundry closet. And then shortly after he started work, there was a flood in the master bedroom from a leaking hot water heater in a unit above mine. All of this was complicated by the fact that I was living out of state while the work was being done. Except for a couple of short visits, all of our communication was by phone & e-mail.  But Dan took everything in stride. He was able to adjust his schedule to include the flood damage repair and did a great job in those rooms. Then he discovered that the plumbing all had to be moved to accommodate the replacement vanity. Throughout the whole job he kept me updated on his progress. He does beautiful work. Everyone who sees the new bathroom loves it. And the floor tile really sets off my whole condo. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price. And again, he is a pleasure to work with,

The Borgress Company is great to work with!  Dayan is very professional and always responds promptly to my phone calls and emails!  He's easy to get along with and his crew of guys are top notch!  They are mindful of their environment, pleasant and amenable.  We were very pleased with Dayan's prompt work, and we definitely plan to use them again! 

Dayan, Patrick, Michael and Jeffrey are outstanding! We have used this company several times for remodeling and repairs in our home and in rental properties. Dayan always gets back with me immediately. He gives very detailed proposals, and sticks to his schedule. He is extremely professional and personable. The products they use and recommend are top quality, as is their work. No cutting corners with Dayan. He actually surprised us on the last job by coming in almost $200 less than the proposal. We would never have known that he was able to salvage some of the materials and reduce the costs, but he is very honest and passed the savings on to us. That's remarkable in my opinion!
