ALL AS EXPECTED.  THIS SHOP IS THOROUGH AND FAIR AND I WILL CONTINUE TO BE THEIR CUSTOMER AS LONG AS I LIVE IN THE AREA.

I definitely would recommend Auto Drs to friends and family. When I arrived we discussed other services that I would like done to my vehicle. He asked if any of them have been done before. I explained I didn't know since it was a used car that I just purchased. Robert proceed to tell me about carfax and suggested I download it to my phone. This way I can keep up with all of my maintenance for the car. After reviewing Carfax he then suggested that I proceed with the other services, but not needed that day. When he pulled the car in he brought me back to the service area and showed me that my car had a small leak. He stated that he would like to hold off on the power steering flush because he didn't want to run the risk of making the leak bigger if that is where it was coming from. He performed the other services that I purchased and put a dye in the power steering.  I will go back to see if that is where the leak is coming from. If it is he will prepare and apply the cost to the repair. If it turns out it is not he will proceed with the power steering flush and work with me on finding what is causing the leak.
I was pleased with the service and attention I received. I normally not a fan of mechanics because when most see a women the see cash machine. They act as if women do not know anything and then try to take advantage. Robert was completely different, he made sure I understood what he was doing and why. He wanted to make sure I was empowered with knowledge and I appreciated that. I left there feeling as if I had taken my car to an old time friend.

I called to schedule an appoint last Thursday and I was told that he could do the radiator flush on Monday.  I scheduled for 8:00 and arrived early.  I noticed the lights were on so I stepped in to let the owner know I was there and that I had an appointment.  He immediately called me by name and said he would be ready soon.  I told him I had my breakfast in the truck and would come back in when I finished.  I ate my breakfast, called someone from work to pick me up, and turned in my keys.  I filled out a quick name and number sheet and went to work.  I received a call in an hour or so that the truck was done.  I went to pick it up and saw that he also checked my engine light for FREE and put the code on my invoice.  I apparently need an oxygen sensor.  I asked him about changing my rear wheel seals because one is leaking and he gave me a great price.  I spoke with two individuals during my visit and they were both very friendly and knew what they were talking about.  
I will recommend this shop to my friends and co workers.

Very pleased with Auto Drs. My 2001 VW Jetta needed a new Starter. Auto Drs were the only mechanic shop I could find from Angie's list that agreed to install my own part for the lowest labor cost. That was double savings for me for the part and labor. Service was prompt and the problem with the vehicle is gone. Highly recommend.

Robert Hill is very thorough in his work. Honest and charges a fair price. He will tell you like it is! Trustworthy, I always know that what is done needed to be done and not just added on

The radiator replacement work was A-OK. However, shortly after this was done, I noticed that I was losing transmission fluid. Since this was bought as a used car with about 125K on ther odometer, I was worried that my problems with it were just starting, notwithstanding the excallent repair record this brand has. I took it back to Auto Drs to find out what was wrong: The mechanic that replaced the radiator had not adequately tightened the transmission coolant line. It took over an hour to figure out that the transmission itself was not the problem, and the situation was resolved quite adequately with no charge to me, including additional synthetic fluid, and they apoliogized for the error and the inconvenience it cost me.

The thing that keeps me going back to them is that they service my car for a reasonable and competitive price.  They are always on time and they will have my car ready when they tell that they will.

He took it 4 more days trying to isolate the problem. He was able to figure out what the problem was and gave me a quote to fix it. He did not charge me anything for all of the time he took trying to find the problem. He is very honest and very sincere.  I ended up trading that car for a new one and he checked out the new one for me for free as well.

I went to this establishment based on an "A" rating from Angie's list and because it was nearby.  Upon arriving I spoke to another customer who raved about the service and Robert, the owner/mechanic.  When I met Robert I knew that the previous Angie's list reports were accurate.  He's down to earth, knows his stuff and is honest.  Since bringing my Kia Sorento to him for service, my husband has also brought his car in for repairs.  So far so great.  Highly recommend.

They are great. I found them on Angie's List when one of your people steered me there which was really nice of them. The problem had been caused by another company and they told me what was wrong. He took a lot of time and explained what the problem was and showed me the problem. He was very thorough and very honest. His price on this particular thing was less than somebody else because he was trying to help me out. He was extremely good and I will go back there again.

We take both of our cars (Toyota Tundra and a Camry) to Robert for routine maintenance and repairs. He is the most straightforward, honest mechanic we have ever had and he always finds and fixes the problem the first time.

Robert pickup my car early Monday morning and returned it, as scheduled, Wednesday afternoon. He called me Monday afternoon to inform me of the status of the repairs. The cost of the repair was below his estimate by approximately $100. He also performed some minor body repairs and touch ups at no extra cost. He also provided me with a "heads up" about needing all 4 tires replaced within the next 3 months.
