ALL DRAINS GO

I was very satisfied with the actual work and the cost of the services; however the overall experience was a bit frustrating because I had to reschedule so many times. He hinted that the first reschedule was due to a hangover after the superbowl and the two subsequent cancellations were due to illness, which is understandable but he'd call me just an hour before they were supposed to come and this happened three times. That said--the guys he sent out to do the work were great. They were courteous, professional, and got the job done. They couldn't fix my toilet and Jimmy said he would come out himself to check it out but never showed up or called. Given how good the work was and how reasonable the price was I will give them the benefit of the doubt about being ill and hire them again if I need anything.

Got an answering machine when I first called them. I hung up without leaving my name or number. My call was returned within 5 mins. A very young service guy, Michael?, arrived at the house within 1 hr (week day). He diagnosed the problem and snaked out tree roots and tampons. This eliminated the blockage. He was very polite and seemed intelligent. I was happy to do business with him and would use this same company again. The work took 90 mins at a cost of $175.00 which is why I am only giving them a B in the cost category. I decided to use this company instead of a national rooter chain because the natl chain had done a good job cleaning drains in the past at another house but also, on one occasion, for a regular plumbing job, they talked me into doing additional stuff that wasn't necessary. I got the impression the plumber/salesmen at natl chain might make a commission. There was no attempt to push unnessary stuff by All Drains Go. Overall very pleased with their work and promptness.

All Drains Go was a great company to work with. They came out the first day for a standard clean out of $135.00. They said if the backup was serious, they would have to bring out the camera, and do a complete inspection for $150 (which is a touch below most other quotes I receive). The line slowed again so they came out again, and did a bang up job running the clean out down several times, as well as several camera inspections. I prefer dealing with business owners that work the job, and Jimmy was a great guy with a good team.

Had water/sewage coming up through drains/toilets... called on Sunday evening...came within an hour and rodded out line.
