I have had a service contract with Air Systems for 20+ years, they have always been a great company to deal with. This last year it seems Customer Service has gone down hill. I have had the service my units both in the Spring and Fall, as part of the contract they are supposed to replace the air filters, both times they fail to replace, and when I contact the company, they hear my complaint, but never correct the problem. I know they are not expensive to do myself but I pay for a service contract so would expect this to be done. I also purchased a $5,200 new unit this year, I noticed that a plastic part was missing, after contacting them they told me the part is no longer included, I called Trane Headquarters and was told my installer wouldn't provide it, I could purchase it online. Air Systems would not get me the part, and I requested to speak with the owner, never got a reply. So I purchased the $12 part online and installed it myself. I just feel that overall Service and attention to detail has gone down. Currently looking for a new company to get my service from

They're great! They are professional and reliable.

Fine. He also checked my duct work at my request while he was in attic doing maintenance on the furnace. I have used this company for about 15 years and have always found them to be responsive to my needs.

Same as it does every year. Kind of boring. They proactively call me. We catch up over the phone, schedule a visit, they call ahead of always showing up on time, are friendly, knowledgeable, do their work, and off they go. Outstanding business and customer service.

I have used them for 20 years. They do a great job. They come out twice a year. I pay an annual contract. 

Usually just one person comes out to service it, unless there is an issue. They leave the area very clean.

Air Systems services arrived as scheduled and promptly made repairs. They gave the Angies list discount and military discount. Will definitely use again. Outstanding to deal with!!

Good...service man was kind of scared of dogs.

The AC techs were professional and courteous. On time on the day they were to come. I only wish they would come sooner as I have MS and could be faster.

We have been using them for probably 10 years. We have an annual contract with them. They check our heating system in October and the air conditioning in May. They are very easy to work with. They always contact us before they come out. They set up an appointment, and if that is inconvenient for me I just call and tell them. We usually set up a convenient time.

They show up on time. We are very pleased with them. We haven't had any problems and will continue to use them.

My experience with this company has been great so far, they quickly came in after I called them and they did a great job. They quickly found out what was wrong with my a/c and fixed the problem. They were prompt and on time.

AIR SYSTEM SERVICE IS A GOOD COMPANY. THEY HAVE VERY GOOD WORKERS THAT ACT PROFESSIONAL AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. HOWEVER, THEY HAVE A FLAW IN THEIR SCHEDULING PROCESS. I HAD TO CALL TO REMIND THEM TO COME, INSTEAD OF THEM CALLING ME.
