+ -1 moreWe thought that 10 days was a long time to wait for a phone call to set up an appointment, but did agree. But then we never got the call. This was at the Nags Head location.
Description of Work: The saleswoman showed us samples of tiles and flooring and discussed alternatives with us. She told us she would call us on Aug. 26 to set up an appointment to take measurements, but we never heard from her.
