A complete disaster. Did not honor the quote, overcharged for materials and proceeded to do what he wanted to do not what he was hired to do. He cut corners and ultimately did the job you would expect from an amateur and not from someone who claims to have 30 years of experience. Both he and his assistant reassured me that the job would be corrected and completed as agreed. He asked for additional money for materials which I gave him but he did not purchase the pavers despite agreeing that I was owed a credit. Tried again to get me to pay even more money out of pocket for the extra pavers. When I stated I would pay for them when the job was done he abandoned the job and left a complete mess. Do not hire this man. You will be sadly disappointed and left with a bad job you overpaid for and a mess to clean up behind him.

Got here quick, cut down said trees but did not haul off the majority of them. Did not finish the job.

Hired Jeff to trim trees after he did our neighbors. Left a mess, did not dispose of limbs but instead left a pile in our yard. Shared our frustration and he said the fee he quoted only included trimming and the trimming was not done well or complete. Did not communicate about when he would come to work, just showed up. Had to hire another company to come clean up. Do not hire.

Cut down tree and left most of it in the yard, never came back.

He is a one man show. If you are looking to get the project done in a timely manner? He is not your guy. Works about 3 hours a day and usually showed up at 3:30 to 4:00.

Terrible work, incomplete, unprofessional...

We hired Jeff on Thursday July 1, and he asked for half of the quoted estimate upfront for materials. We did not see him until Sunday, July 5. He began doing things we did not agree on. But he left after a couple of hours of work, and we agreed to speak to him on Monday. He did not show up until after 4 PM, and told us he did not have enough materials to do the job we asked him to do. He said the shelves were bare and he had to go out of state to find something that would work. He showed up on Wednesday and did a few things but no progress. On Thursday he came and showed us a photo of fieldstone, that is all he could get enough of, but it would cost us 2200$ more than we originally agreed on. But I agreed because it would look beautiful, and ok, it is a real stone. Then he asks for more money, 2000$! We said no, there is nothing to show for it at this point. He said he was broke and had no way to pay for materials. We offered him $1000 and he said no! I need 2000$! I told him to pack up and go. He came back about 7 hours later and did just that. Except that he left stone dust all over my driveway and made a mess of everything. I am so freakin mad! I will NEVER use Home Advisor again!

Very prompt. Listened to what we wanted and worked with us during the project. I will definitely hire them again.

High quality work for a reasonable price. I highly recommend.

I was pleased with the overall work done on my property. I have not been present each day and it has been difficult to get Jeff or his men to 'clean up' the remaining debri, twigs, vines that were cut and left laying around my yard It still looks like its needs to be blown off or raked to make it look 'clean' and manicured. But with that being said, I will hire him again for additional work in the future.

Great work but hard to understand Jeff when he talked to me.
