One of our (2) heat pumps failed during a very warm day and just before family came to live w/ us for a few days. Called for service about 3:00 pm and had service people on site w/in the hour. The service people were knowledgeable, very pleasant and efficient. Less than an hour later, our unit was up and running at a very reasonable cost.
