They were terrific! I can't say enough good things about them. I think their price is fair because I did the job up here in Maryland where I live with the contractors I usually use, and then I got a bid from Coastal and it was a competitive price. I must have interviewed and gotten bids from 8 different contractors down there, and I can Google HVAC and no more than those guys, but Billy from Coastal Aire knew exactly what I needed with the problem I was telling him. He gave me a good design and a good deal before I committed to any work, and the work he did was topnotch. It was high quality. He was right behind you. The way he installed the air handlers was great. He exceeded my expectations. I will tell others to go ahead and get competitive bids, but I believe if you look at the quality of the work and the way he prices his work, he will stand out as a contractor.
