Our very first visit at River View was because of an emergency, our dog had been run over and had a broken leg. They took her right in, said if this is whats wrong, this is what we will charge and made her comfortable, this was on a Saturday morning. Saturday early afternoon the vet called and said that was what was wrong, kept her over night, called us when he was going to check on her Sunday and we were able to come and pick her up. The price he quoted was $200 to xray and treat and keep her for the night. Sunday the bill was $240 but since that was not what he quoted, he would not charge more. That included our follow up care and everything. Lucy was a regular there every week until the bone was healed. I refer them to anyone who asks for a good place to take there animal, they do not try to take advantage of people just because they love their pets.

They are very caring and willing to work with you. They have great bedside manners.

They are very honest and they try their best to get you in if it is necessary. You may have to wait sometimes but they will get you in. They mail out things to you to let you know it is time for the animals to come in; just like a regular doctor's office. They know your animal's name without having to look into the computer and I will use them again in the future.
