It went well. He came out and found the problem, but had to order part and came back in a couple days to replace it. He called before coming to my house and kept me up dated on the new part, called to schedule a time to come by and put it on. Great Service, pleasant man.

He is fine for repairs for washers, dryers and refrigerators. He gave me a bid on a heat pump but he is more like a two-man operation. His prices are good. He doesn't have a big company and he is a good old appliance person.

My dryer wasn’t working properly so he came out and fixed the belt. He is reasonably priced.
