Hey, great to meet you! TekSolutions704 is our business name, and it is operated by husband and wife, Jeremiah and Breyenna Bohn. Jeremiah does all of the repairs on site, and I (Breyenna) handle the business side of things and the scheduling. Jeremiah was excellent and was a great communicator as to what was the issue when the dryer, that parts needed to be ordered and when they would be in to be installed. He then showed me when he came to install what the issue was. How he resolved it and the finished product. I would highly recommend Jeremiah & TEK Solutions 704.

Great communication. Diligent service. On time, friendly and trustworthy. We had others attempt to fix the same issue and this company identified the issue quickly, and took their time to fix it correctly. They even cleaned areas around and in the dryer that were not creating issues.

TekSolutions704 were very responsive and called me within an hour of Mr submitting a request. They came the same day to see the problem with my stove, explained their charges and told me the cost of the part all on the same day. The fee was exactly what the said. They installed the part quickly. Checked to make sure everything was working. He put everything back when he was finished and made sure there was no mess. (He even asked if he could set his toolbox on the counter). I will use TekSolutions704 again in the future if I need a repair service.
