His cost estimate was appropriate yet reasonable for the replacement of insulation in two buildings. Exactly what was asked and not three times the cost of another ill-advised position yet visited and not just an offhand telephone one. Needless to say his work was every bit as expected, of top quality and superbly done. He is commended and recommended highly.
