The best decision we made on our storm damages,,,,,the guys worked with our insurance adjusters,,,,and got what we needed to get our home fixed,,,,,they have great roofing people,,,,got our roof completed and cleaned up quickly,,,,and were very nice to talk and explain any concerns we may have had,,,,,,,another crew came and finished up down spouts and windows quickly and very professional,,,,,,,,,,,very great pricing,,,,,,and the customer service was exceptional,,,always calling and checking on any concerns we may have,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,would recommend these guys to any of our family and friends,,,,,,,5 stars for sure,,,,,,,thanks,,,,

Very professional. Paid attention to details. Cleaned up debris as they worked.  Completed job in a timely manner.  Supervisor always present.  Promptly called me if I called them with any questions.  Company very knowledgeable in all roofing materials.  Trustworthy.

They did things a bit backwards at first. They immediately replaced the section of gutter over our garage that had a hole in it with new 5" gutter. The crew left dozens of staples from the old gutters all over my driveway. They then assessed the overall gutter job and said they would not be able to seal them after all, so we had to go with new gutters. They did credit the amount I owed for the gutter they already replaced, as the new gutters would be 6" gutters. After telling them I was unhappy about all the staples left behind previously, the crew was more careful removing all the gutters. Still some staples here and there, but much better. Then another crew came, raced some rotted fascia boards and installed the new gutters. They did a good job with the install. After some heavy rains, my only issue is that the gutter guards they used don't work where water runs heavily down the roof in spots. It goes over them. They should assess that and add diverted where needed.

They did a good job, it took them a little while to get to me because id didn't want them to work while were gone. I would recommend Gutter Guys, They were very good, very professional, very detailed about what they did. I think they were competitive, they were doing very well, they came on time when they said they were coming.

They were good, took time getting them to call back but overall things went well.

They came out and gave me an estimate rather quickly to clean out my gutters. Then I set a date for them to clean the gutters within a few days. They did a good job.

We never got that far.

Cleaned gutters and replaced section of gutter with deeper/wider gutter on back of house. This section of the roof has a lot of run off and they recommended changing the depth/width. They did a great job. Very professional. Will now be my 'go-to' company for this type of work in the future.

Chris Jolly from Gutter Guys gave us an estimate about three weeks before service. We had two other estimates for the same work and no one came near their price. The crew arrived and quickly went to work, gutters were installed in less then three hours. My husband says the work is precise and exactly what he requested. Chris stoppped by mid-way through the install just to be sure we were satisfied and everything going well.
We highly recommend Gutter Guys, they are fast, professional and do a great job.

Water kept pouring in certain places, so they returned to install a diverter. However, this simply caused the water to pour in another area, but I don't feel it is the company's fault. Ultimately, they did a good job.

There were some delays and a few missing parts, but ulitmately, they did a good job.

Everything went well, but we decided to postpone the work.

My husband and I were very pleased with the beautiful new roof and the repairs to our home. Andy and the guys were so pleasant and professional. They made us feel that we were very important to them and have even done some caulking around an outside awning (without charge) to insure that everything is leakproof. I know if I need them for anything, they will be here in a jiffy and will do everything to make sure that we are happy. I see that there are several Gutter Guys on Angie's List, but the ones that we used are out of Lowell, NC. and their company name is GutterGuys Co. Inc.

It took them a while to get here and they told us that they were out on a job when we called them. The guys spent a good amount of time upstairs and had to get through the ceiling to see what was going on. We have some problems up there. They are to call us back and give us an estimate. One of the owners came out while they had a man up there to see what was going on and to talk to us. I have been very pleased with them so far. They had done a really good job on the gutters. They never ask for anything upfront and they are really good about that.

I called the number listed on Angies List. I was contacted within a few days and the Gutterguys came out immediately and took measurements and walked us through our repairs and helped us select the correct color for the new gutters.
They e-mailed the estimate within 24 hours and left a contact number. We called and within a week, our new gutters were up. They are beautiful and really make our home look so much better. The old gutters were dented from the hail storm and they leaked in many places. They required no money down to begin the job and are sending us a statement in the mail. Very professionally done.

They were 2 hours late for the appointment, but they called and it was not reallly a problem. The arrived with a two man crew - one of them power washed the roof while the other cleaned the gutters. I had to leave to run an errand, and they finihed while I was gone. The left the bill in my mailbox, and I mailed them a check. A good overall experience - I would recommend them to neighbors.

Jim and his crew did a great job. Gutter Guys was responsive, when other companies were not. Showed up when promised. The work and cleanup was done quickly.

They came out and looked at our home and gave us a quote. We shopped it with other companies which took forever to get back with us. The quote was very competitve but they were insured and we chose them based on professionalism and appearance. The job was completed in one day and there was no mess left behind. Highly recommend them for your gutter needs.
