Property Management
I got setup with Toni Smith from Allen Tate Realtors, formerly Gateway Properties, to be a property manager on my home in Kings Mountain. The office is run by Toni Smith. Toni was to take 10% of the rent every month for being my property manager. She took the first months' rent and security deposit and deposited my money into her account and I have yet to receive a rent payment. I have been fighting this from across the country and she has cost me $6300 currently and it keeps counting through the year. They strung me out for the entire time that she has had somebody renting the house by promising me that she would be double up on payments and work on back rent.
