They came out and looked at, ordered the part.  The service was fast.  They were out and had the part about the same day we called.  Their service was fine.

Their service was fantastic.  As far as I am concerned they are the best in the tri-area.  When they put it in they also cleaned out the duct work.  They put in the trane triflex air cleaner so I don’t have to buy filters anymore.  I can just vacuum the cleaner and put it back together.

They had to replace a part in my heat pump. They came out and evaluated the problem and decided that it needed a new part in it. We had it replaced and it has been working fine ever since. I paid about $300 - $500 as I had a warranty and that was the cost I paid after that. The part was partially covered by warranty but I had to pay for labor and what the warranty did not cover. They are pricey and they are not the cheapest.  They do a good job and a little better job than the others and so to me it was worth paying a little more. To me they are not the cheapest bargain out there.

I think they are expensive.  They are very professional, they were very quick to respond, and they came to the house when they were called; I appreciated that.  They are costly but I've had worse.

It was a 90 degree day that the air-conditioner died and was also the 4th of July weekend, but they were great and came that day.  They have done service for us in the past and have been good.  We spent $150 for the service call and $148 for the part.  It was just simple to fix, but unfortunately we could not have gotten the part ourselves because all the stores were closed.
