They were very inconsistent when they would show up, and they never came out to talk to us about the landscaping like they were suppose too. I called several times about the grass not being cut for several weeks. After leaving several messages, they never did return phone calls, and now the grass is starting to get really high. Now when I have to have another company come out they are going to charge us more because it is so high. I live in a neighborhood, and the grass is getting so tall that I am worried about what our neighborhood association might say.

Jonathan Allen and his crew are a pleasure to work with.  Since taking over our lawn maintenance (about a year ago), our grass looks thick and healthy.  The pricing is very reasonable, and Jonathan takes care of what needs to be done, without me having to specify or particularly ask.  He has even gone out of his way to contact me when I'm traveling regarding unrelated maintenance issues, which I greatly appreciated.  Additionally he is a very responsible provider.  For instance, we had a broken landscape light (it is unbeknownst to me how it got broke), and Jonathan called me to ask if I was aware it was broken, in an effort to ensure that he or his crew were not responsible.  I really appreciated his honesty and concern.  He is a very responsible provider, and it is extremely nice to have individuals like this taking care of my home.
